Because these shoes were shipped ex Perth I mistakenly ordered a shoe size one size too small, I ordered AU size instead of US
I contacted Viral asap and they couldn’t be more helpful in helping me sort a plan to exchange shoe for my correct size. The shoes are quality and look good.
